This vet practice is the best I've been to yet in Coffs Harbour. I'm very happy with them.

Not that you ever want to visit the vet, but if you have to, this is the place to go!
Amazing staff, knowledgeable vets, everything clearly explained and best of all is that our dog, Arnie, feels welcome and right at home. Thank You!
P.S. I love that I have online access to Arnie's detailed 'Report Card' & Vaccination Certificates, so much easier than trying to locate a paper copy which can be lost or damaged.

Always excellent service, great care of my girls and reasonable prices. Have been using them for over ten years now and am very happy to continue.

I last visited the practice back in 2009 before moving away. To come back and get the same wonderful service is such a relief, cannot recommend them enough.

Having just arrived at Coffs the day before as new residents we needed a new Vet to take over the complex care of our fur baby Dasha. Having phoned Coffs Harbour Vet Hospital on Tuesday, and obtaining an appointment for Wednesday, Dasha was warmly welcomed by name by the nursing team who had already obtained all her previous health records both from ARH and her regular Vet.

After meeting with Nurse Camilla we then met with Dr Vicky who took the time to listen and to analyse Dasha’s records, but mostly Dr Vicky, Camilla and the nursing team took so much effort just in getting to know Dasha and reassure her through her natural anxieties.

We know we have found a place that will offer the care for a very special fur baby, who has very special needs and we are reassured that Dasha will be well looked after in this exceptional environment.

I called CHVH concerned my dog was experiencing tick bite symptoms. Bronte, the bullmastiff, was seen extremely promptly and examined thoroughly (fortunately wasn't a tick). Service was second to none, delightful staff who really show their love for animals through affection and professional care. Bronte and I left very happy an grateful.

Coffs Harbour veterinary hospital is the best. The staff are very friendly and they explain stuff to me in layman's terms so that i understand it. The scripts are very quick to get emailed to the chemist and to me. They also understand Molly special needs and accommodate for them. I couldn't fault them. I had forgotten a question to ask Vicki yesterday when I left but remembered it later. The lovely nurse at the front opened the door for me so that i could ask this question and it was no problem for Vicki to answer it. The whole practise is lovely. Highly recommend them and have indeed told many of my friends about them and their service..
