Elly is one of the friendly voices and smiling faces that greet you at our front desk. With her calm presence, great sense of humour, and genuine love for animals, she helps make every visit a little brighter—for both pets and their people. Elly has a special interest in pet nutrition and is continually expanding her knowledge to better support the health and happiness of the pets in our community.

Outside of work, Elly enjoys life on the land with her beloved horse and dog, where she finds balance and joy in the company of her own four-legged companions.
